For 2021, the NUS Economics Alumni worked together with the NUS Faculty of Arts and Social Science for the third time to host the patients of both Outram Community Hospital and Sengkang Community Hospital. The event was held online on 7th September through Zoom due to the pandemic.
The participants had a warm-up exercise, a round of Bingo game and had to guess the name of 10 songs. All participants were given a goodie bag which comprises a 500ml Thermal Flask and other items.
The event ended with a recorded sing-along of 2 songs (“Home” and “Voices from the Heart”) which were put forth by the NUS Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences (FASS) community comprising of staff, students and Economics Alumni.
The event was well received from the patients, nurses, hospital staff and the NUS community.
